DG: {dēē-gēē} (n): a group of 3-4 students and 1 adult meeting weekly for bible study, prayer, & accountability

DGs meet whenever and wherever the group can meet. That means if Tuesdays at 8pm at Starbucks works best, then that’s where you meet.

Here’s what you do… Pick up a DG card in The Loft

    Pick a few friends (2-3 max)…sign up together…

If you know of an adult you want to lead the group then talk to them and put their name on the card as well…

Next turn the card into and start meeting with your group

    DNOW

DNOW happens every February and is a weekend of teaching, worshipping, serving, talking, eating, and hanging out in houses with friends. DNOW is an experience you don’t want to miss because it is a time in the middle of the semester to get away for a minute, recharge, refresh, and reenergize your walk with Christ. Make sure to check the calendar for the dates this year and mark them down!

    Camp

We visit Student Life Camp each summer for a week of fun, fellowship, worship, teaching, bonding, and just hanging out with each other. This is a week long experience is one that you don’t want to miss because it is a great chance to recharge and refocus your walk with Christ and on top of that…it’s so much fun it should be illegal!

    Mission Trips

Our Senior High Mission trips happen during the month of July each summer. We make our focus on this trip our local community. We have done things like walking neighborhoods and offering to mow people’s yards, walking around downtown Fort Worth asking people if we can pray for them, and serving the homeless. These weeklong experiences are a chance for us to put our faith into action and give back to our community where we live and tangibly show them love of Christ.

    Fall Retreat

Our Fall Mystery Trip happens each year in October or November and is designed for students who want to go to the next level in their walk with Christ. It is a time for us to talk a few moments out of our hectic pace and refocus our lives on Christ. Since it is a Mystery Trip, it changes each year and you won’t know where we are going or what exactly we are doing (Parents, you get to know all the details, just don’t tell your students!).

    Service Projects

These projects happen a few times each semester, normally on a Saturday. We will go and serve the local community.

    Community

These events happen a few times each semester. They are times to hang out with other students your age and have fun! Things like Christmas parties, scavenger hunts, paintball, movie nights, bowling, water games, and sand volleyball.
